Owners logbook . good or bad idea ??

Would it be a good idea for people to keep a log on say the owners Manual of the number of owners of
Second hand markers , like a logbook you'll never know it could be handy,.
like i sold a mini and at the time i misplaced the original barrel.and the guy i sold it to sold it on
and the guy he sold it to knew i owners it 1st and ask me if i had it so i had a look for it found it and gave it to him

Put it this way, keeping a log of when your gun gets serviced, who owns it etc. has no negative points. Is it something that most people will go to the effort of doing? not really. Is it something that will be appreciated by a buyer? definitely.

down to individual owners to decide if they want to make the effort
