i dont know if anyone said this but you shold turn the box or bag of paint every 2 weeks, i dont know what it does, but it just keeps the paint from sitting in one area, which i guess could make them soggy, hehe:D

What happens if you don't turn the paint when it's being stored for a while is simple. The weight of the paintball, and the weight of all it's little buddies that are on top of it, press down onto the same spot continuously. This wil cause small dents to appear in the shell, and also the paint will become somewhat oval shaped, instead of round. All this adds up to low consistency in velocity, because of irregular shapes in paint, which in turn leads to inaccuracy. Also it severely increases the chances of paint going bluagh in the barrel.

So keep turning the stuff. Or do as I do. Don't store paint, shoot it instead.

when doing the routine gun maitence we get rid of any old paint and no not as old as yours the afore mentioned evil shredder (shearer) was deamed only fit for cronnie paint.

When old paint is shot at inaminate objects like walls and stuff
then you realize just why you would rather it was not being shot at you.

We once blew bits off a peice of marrine board doing exactly that;)
