i have to say phil has been great at keeping in contact. the only reason i wanted to no what my options are is i had never had a payment reversed befor. so just wondered what people had expereinced.
Its now almost sorted so no issue at all with phil and i can confirm
that paypal had showed as confirmed befor it was reversed i didnt mean it to sound like it had only developed since you have had it at all mate. just it didnt leak when i aired it up befor sending it.
