Pinokio bend sensor not sensoring

Hi all,

Took my pinokio apart yestarday due to the sensor getting trapped inside the shell, did all that, fixed it.

Put the batteries back in it, and turned it on. Motor span, all seemed fine, but when I stuck my finger up the feedneck and tapped on the senser, nothing happened.

I took it apart again and couldn't see any visable damage to the wires or sensor.

ARGGGHHH,

Any help please.

Thanks in advance,
Sam

have you done anything to the board or the sensor? clipped a wire or that?

pinokio's have a lifetime gaurantee as far as im aware, so either way you should be fine for replacement. :)

No, haven't modded it or pulled a wire out and put it back in.

I dont see replacing it much use, seeing as Pinokio Hoppers/Khrome Paintball is in the US, it'll cost me £50 or something just to ship it there and back -_-

I've emailed Pinokio, no reply yet.

realistically, if you only need to send the board, it wont be much.

my mate got his replaced, i think he only paid to post it.

But the chances of me getting it back next wednesday? Sadface...

I did trade the pinokio for a rotor though, so i've no idea if the warranty applies to me...

Your not entitled to the warranty then.
But they make take pity on you.

Should have kept the rotor. They have support in the UK. Which is a massive asset for any product.

Lucky for me, evan didn't seem to care wether or not I was covered by warranty, and he sent me one anyway, for free.

I really must say, pinokio customer support is badddddd. If your in the UK...

Im glad you got it sorted.
Evans customer service is second to none, I remember world cup last year it rained so he picked up a box of lids and went round to all the pits fitting lits to those who had speed feeds, no cost no nothing he just went and did it.
