Pmr

I got a PMR as a spare gun and now my tricked cocker E1,tricked shocker and my tricked ION are now my spares and i havent done anythin with the pmr yet apart from an alloy back cap. Yeah they are that good . to be fair if people b!tch about anythin other then the plastic back cap on the pmr then they are 1: telling lies or 2: having a good b!tch because they have nothin better to do. For the money most lkely the best buy out there so far this year.

he was asking about a PMR not an etek. Nige you old goon he wants a PMR (good on him) not an etek  ;)
And I offered him a better option.
Whats this cant I offer advice now???
I think when you are looking at buing a new gun you should explore every option available. Look at your budget and buy what you can afford.
And I remember a tournament last December Tim, where you asked me if I could look at your PMR because it wasnt woking right.

Hi, im thinking of getting a PMR, people are saying to me, omg its heavy(when many people say its light), or its not good for sup air (which i will be playing in) etc... Ive seen nothing but good reviews of pmr's on www.pbreview.com . I was wondering if anyone who has held or used a PMR can give me the facts about this gun. Its strengths, weaknesses, any good for sup air, reliable? etc...

Thanks
Will
Dont just be set on one marker mate, have a look at them all. Go to a tournament and ask people if you can have a try. Like I said the ETEK is built in this country with spares only 24 hours away on next day delivery.:)

If you want..

And as suggested, if you want to try before you buy, get to the next UK Masters 5 man as i will have my PMR there which you are more than welcome to have a go with.

That way you get to play before making up your mind (you dont have to buy it from me by the way - its just an offer before anyone suggests otherwise..)

For my input, the PMR is a fantastic marker - especially for its price band. If you have the money you could add an ultralite frame (which I have done) and you have a belting bit of kit.

However, the simplest/cheapest upgrade would be an Ultralite trigger and a new bolt cap (approx £36 for both) and it will still be a cracking bit of kit!

If you want a go, let me know and ill put the standard frame back on for you to use it "Out of the box"

Wow thanks for all the replies, from what i understand the PMR is a pretty sweet gun for its price, and is still a great gun. I have explored other possiblities but the PMR is in my price range, it looks so sexeh! and from what you tell me its a great gun.

I guess i will buy one of these then, errm whens the next 5 man and where?(would it be ok if just came down to test the gun and not play...lol?) Ive never been to a tourny bare in mind, my team only started a short while back, and we are sorting out our gear before entering any.

Thanks
Will
