Problems with inbox

Hi I am having probs with my in box my son pms me and I get it my mate or the seller I'm buying from does and I don't get it
My inbox is empty and set to receive pms the message is

"The following errors occurred with your submission
Big G has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

Help it's causing me loads of problems as I think seller is not replying and he is

Big G go to your User CP (on the right of the top menu) then General Settings (half way down on the left) and the pm options are in there.

Done that every thing is on rec pms etc
It wouldn't be cos I have an infraction (1 point)would it ?
I have check all my settings against my sons and mates and they are the same all the way
I'm lost don't know what else to do ??????

PM one of the mods, dont know what the infractions do to your account to be honest.

I have pmd gassy who told me that my pms are not working and gassy put infraction on so would have thought he would of said

it doesn't effect your pm's.

I will ask Bon our resident geek to have a look into it.
