proto matrix rail vs proto reflex

im looking to buy a new marker i have £80 gift card plus cash to spend towards a new gun at my local paintball shop its between the proto reflex rail and the proto matrix rail which is best thanks

Matrix rail is "old tech" circa 2010 and has been discontinued. Reflex rail is the matrix rail's successor.

the reflex is marketed as an "intermediate" marker - it should suit you fine.

EDIT: just for the sake of clarification, are you referring to the 2010 Proto Matrix Rail (whose successor is the reflex rail as previousl mentioned) or the 2011 Proto Rail (beginner marker; its successor is the 2010 SLG)?

Just get the reflex. It's the newest in Proto's intermediate range.
