yeah I changed the battery and pot a Duracell one in
cool ok sometimes ive changed a battery for a "new" one and it has been a dud. also is it lubed enough for the bolt to move efficiently? too much and it will stick, not enough and it wont move

how can you tell if it's lubed efficiently, I used only a tiny bit if lube on it, and I will try a new battery

My 2011 Rail was switching between balls getting stuck in the barrel, and chopping paint. Turned out that a couple of the o-rings on the bolt were the wrong size. Stripped down bolt, all new o-rings and bumper, lubed up and shooting fine now. Didn't help that I'd also adjusted the regulator too far in one direction attempting to compensate for the apparent lack of pressure.

The Rail 11 requires a lot of lube. You can almost not overdo it. almost.
and all the internl orings in the bolt needs to be super clean and well lubed.
With some practice cleaning and lubing take 5-10 minutes.
