a 232 bar tank is normally about £6 a day to rent. LPS are doing a 300 bar tank and fill kit at a special price of 195 or so. otherwise 300 tank normally in the 170-190 range and fill kit 30-50

or look 2nd hand for both

ARGHHHHH!!!!! you do not fill your 20oz with air!!! and yes that is the tank that divers wear.

only a very few bottles as far as i am aware are set up to run either or or co2. most it's different bottles entirely
plus with air u need a regulator to reduce the pressure before it gets to ur marker unless it is a preset bottle which is totally different from a co2 bottle

I think we may have confused each other. I want to be able to re fill my 20oz CO2 tank with CO2, which i want to store in a dive tank, so i can play on a big field with some friends, and refill when i need to? Yes or no?

yes i was confused. u do not store CO2 in a dive tank. u just rent a bulk CO2 liquid withdrawl tank from BOC or AIR PRODUCTS, costs very little (£30 a year or so) and get it refilled when needed by the same people at a cost of roughly £18. u will need a CO2 fill kit which will cost u about £30 or so to decant from the bulk to ur 20oz botlle

Great, glad we got that sorted out. Well how big are these liquid withdrawal tanks and is there an BOC or AIR Products place in Birmigham anywhere?

as far as i can remember from when i was standing in their yard A/P did 3 sizes of liquid w/d it really depends how much u gonna use as they all cost roughly the same for the cylinder rent and for refills. i got a 4-5' cos it was relatively easy to handle unlike the large ones which are like a 6' torpedo!!
