I had trouble with thumb and getting cramps, prolly for squeesing The marker too much and also long tournament with a bit of sun shine..

I work out my wrists and it helped a lot. Also that squueze thing for your fingers - hand clamp or what you would call it..

Also when you might have a heavy gun on The start of The point it helps you handle it better.

I don't know if it's been suggested already but squats are probably a good idea. No half arsed reps though, ass to grass!

I have been doing a ton of High Intensity Training. Run for 30 seconds then fast walk for a minute and increase the speed and lower the "rest" time. In terms of weights go for endurance rather than weight. So do lots of reps on lower weight rather than less reps on higher weight.

Again just my opinion .

I tore a ligament in my lower back at the end of October, ive been doing these sorts of exercises to get it somewhere near:

http://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/Backpain/Pages/low-back-pain-exercises.aspx

ive been doing the back extension slightly different to the above, doing more of a superman; http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/superman
after advise from a physio, that i shouldnt be using my arms to put myself into the position during the stretch as its placing more strain on your lower back muscles.

i found these really helped aswell, really loosened it up;
http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/hug-knees-to-chest

a massage really helped as well......

started doing some really light deadlifts a couple of week ago and its on the up like, feeling better all the time.
my eclipse pod pack is pretty good whilst playing also, puts some pressure on all the right places.

Great exercises to prevent back problems.... thanks

Hi

Well as you've mentioned you'll be spinting, ducking and diving a lot so legs would probably be a workout necessity, back and stomach as well to hold yourself up if you're in a weird position, like hiding behind a wonky tree :p
