If you simply search for a 'gif animator' on the net you can find a generic one very easily.

I'm using 'Jasc Animation Shop', it's the one that comes with 'Paint Shop Pro'. You can download the 30 day evaluation version from here: http://www.jasc.com/download_4.asp?prod=001

It comes with paintshop pro, which is good cos you can do some cool editing - but it's all about 30megs. Took me about 3hrs 20mins to get it last night

You could also try the Ulead Gif Animator here:

Again though, it's big - 10 megs.
