ye i have taken the tray out to see if there was any dirt or broken paint in there and ye i have put it back in correctly.

ye the weather was quite bad....the snow was about 4 inches deep and was about -1 degrees.

ahh i think i have found out what the problem is.
the screws which hold in the two red clips were loose (ish) so im guessin they came undone while the paddles spin.
it dont seem to be jamin anymore so i cant test if it will still unjam.

It may have been the weather or more importantly the temperature.

Alkaline batteries really do not like the cold and give out much lower voltages than in warmer temperatures.

As the Rotor runs of fewer batteries it would have an adverse effect to the power running the loader.

I had trouble at an event last year which was sorted by either swapping for a fresh set of batteries that had been in the car or keeping the marker etc in the car between games.
