Hmm, are you sure they are pure CF? I mean, wouldn't it start to fray if you tried to polish it? And I've squeegied mine, no problems.

I have run my barrel made through it and it does seem to have made a difference. Feels smoother, but still not as pretty inside compared to my DW Whip Tip which looks almost polished. I guess if it is smooth, then that is what matters
As Nathalie from Shadow said, it makes no difference to the performance - it is the way Carbon Fibur is.

Just wanted to say that I lent out my barrel to SPS Chapters this weekend for them to test out, and they were delighted with it I think the quote was 'It shoots good' which is probably as much as we'll get out of them for a comment.
