Shipping a marker to Germany

Hi guys

Whats the best way to ship a marker to Germany. I know Brit customs let you ship markers but will German authorities pick it up as a weapon? Also its not F stamped, will this make a difference as its an autococker and not an electro.

any advice would be great

European Union, the box you send will not get inspected by any customs.
Sure, most markers outside Germany do not have the necessary stamps for Germany, but this is on the receivers end.
He has to know that his new marker without stamps, which he bought is not legal in Germany. What means, there could be consequences for him (not for the one who sold him the marker) if he gets caught with it.

F stamp will render it illegal on arrival
No one may notice and a blind eye is shown to the f stamp requirements except from when someone is an idiot such as shooting up car park signs and then people leaving an international tournament have their cars searched and guns seized
