For me the most important thing is trust in your team, you Don't have to have the most accurate or agile players in you team to be the best, if you have the support and comfort of knowing each player in your team has your back it goes a long way.
Back when I used to play woods ball with Team-GBH we worked as a unit, never trained or anything like that but we just gelled and we're always a team to be wary of.
We used to get accused of training every week, wiping, ramping u name it.
The truth was we did none of the above
We just clicked
