Teammate cant get access

Hi,

One of our teammates has requested a password reset a few times but it is not being received to his emails.

His username is cowell77. Is there something that can be done to get his access back?

I had that, I found the Facebook page and popped a post on there. That'll be the quickest way unless you just msg an admin yourself

Cheers Dusty, usually keep myself signed in but since I cleared my history etc it logged me out, and couldn't for the life of me remember my pass haha. How come the reset email doesn't send to hotmail accounts?
