Not a team as such I suppose, but out GFH Facebook is updated regularly with news, scoops, pics from events, general stuff...etc so worth a Like.

Also, if you hashtag your Instagram paintball pics with #gfhpropaganda they're automatically fed into our website. AND every Friday we choose our favourite pic, set up a Famous Friday page on the site and Facebook and do a little write up. The page stays live with our favourite on for a whole week. It's a bit of fun and you get to be more famous than your were last week...for a week.
