:D Gosh, thats a bit personal for a paintball forum.;)
A good 14" or 16" barrel should be more than sufficient. Smart parts teardrop barrels get good reviews ( try www.pbreview.com , paintball reviews by players) . You might consider a Freak barrel set. It's important to get a good paintball diametre to bore match, and the Freak allows to change the bore to suit whatever paint you have.

i dont know about the teams but 12--14" is the recomended length as long as there is no porting for the first 8" or so.

If you've got the money id look at getting a freak barrel its well worth it in the long run.

If you decide on a Freak, consider the AA front (only available in 14 inch though). Due to the shape of the holes it's soooo much easier to clean.

Re barrels

If you have just bought a T3 why are you considering a teardrop. The stock T3 barrel has excellent reviews, the machining is immaculate. See What Paintball Gear magazine for full review.
