Nothing like that will affect performance in any way, it's very typical wear. It's always worth maintaining your bolt to keep your gun running well and minimise the chance of damage. After each day's play simply remove the bolt, run a fluffy though the top tube, wipe your bolt clean then put a drop of eclipse oil on the o-rings, rub it round and then replace the bolt.
Yep i aleays clean and oil up bolt,maybe happened from previous owner or like you say just wear!
Try not to over oil the bolt or oil the body at all as that can lead to dirt and grit sticking to it.
