Let me expand on the "shoot as much paint as you can"
This doesn't mean sitting at the crono and shooting off 10 boxes.
Its going to be as much paint as you need for the day.
This day is about drills, game plans, field walking learning to take instructions from a coach.
It will be a hard day of grinding it out,
If players think its going to be a day of just playing games and using 30 boxes of paint then maybe its not for you.

Oh of course. With alot of sites around manchester not offering the chance for me to train, I take all my training seriously.
