Saw the video for the new spire on Lips. Just wondering what peoples thoughts were on it....is it a rival to the rotor...

Honestly i think yes. Its an intelligent hopper, unusual styling but its improved on all the rotors best bits. Already being used by pro teams like Houston Heat!

Yeah it does look like a prop taken out of star wars but there is something sexy about it. If anything its been made even more simple to disassemble than the rotor. Any ideas on feed rate yet...

It will be a hit but then after a month or so it will calm down - I dont think that it will make a dent within the Rotor market to be honest as its to new a product....Also if it does feeb 3bps faster it means nothing as you cant fire your marker fast than 10.5bps anyway so its not an important factor really....Whats more important is battery consumption and reliabliity which remains to be seen....Nick Sloviak is using one on the PSP and doesnt look like hes had an issue yet ?

Its expected to be cheaper than the rotor (not by much but still....) and yea i see what your saying if your playing cpps, masters etc etc it wont make much difference it would come down to personal preference but at a walk-on ..... ;)
