Just bought a timmy with a lucky board fitted and was wondering if anyone has a set of instructions for it?

They have instructions on the site. They run on DM chips so the specific setup for dwell etc depends on the chip in the board.
If you can't identify the chip then try looking through the DM stickys on pbnation for the chip thread and you can identify it depending on the LED colour patterns.
