If standing does that to you i'm screwed! been working bars for 7 years now in sales on stalls getting punters to go balling - on my feet all day everyday - I guess at least I move about! What was it that caused this lump? standing still all day? what did/do you do for a living?

cheers for that - shows what i have to look forward too.....doc had vaguely told me what they do but now i know...

i have a couple of veins on their way out on my left thigh as i have spent all day on my feet every day for the last 16 years either lab work or teaching........

now i may just ignore them.......
