u can always get the fill staions second hand there quite a few about just ask in the wanted section on this site or look on fleebay lol

What you really need is an adaptor that will fit the end of the scuba shops din lead, and converts this to a snap connector.

No messing about with filling a dive bottle then filling from that, you can connect directly to the shops fill lead.

peeps usually just fill at a tourney, but if you need to fill elsewhere the common way is to buy a dive tank and a fill rig and fill from that, which will cost about £100+. There are some dive shops that already have the adaptor i've mentioned and can fill your bottle directly, but if not you'll need the adaptor.
