TPX TIPX Differences and upgrade advice.

Hi, I've just picked up a 2nd hand TPX, what was changed in the TIPX, is it worth\possible to upgrade the internals?

Also what upgrades would you guys suggest for it (already have a new barrel).

The change of Tpx to Tipx was a legal one regarding the name

So no change to specs.

But original Tpxs had a free service pack which did things such as a different puncture pin as there were problems with certain 12 grams, and changing the magazine from 8 to 7 as some paint didn't like it

You may have a later tpx, or a serviced tpx in which case you are the same as the tipx
If you have any of the problems then Tippmann techs/BZ in the UK will sort it

My only real change is to go for an air remote line adaptor but it depends on how you intend to use it

Brilliant, just using it as a backup for magfed games. It's got a rifled barrel, the only thing I may fit is an ambidextrous mag release, as it was a bit clumsy.
