Thing is, every time you fire, you'll go shooting off backwards, so you'll always go out of bounds.

Oh, and fly into the sun.

1) in space, you couldn't fire a standard marker as all moving parts would seize from the cold and your bottle wouldn't cope well without atmospheric pressure. Also your paintballs would freeze solid and nothing would feed. On a brighter note, your paintballs would stay round. Standard batteries/powerpacks would also cease to function. In addition, if you could get one to fire, you'd be sent backwards with each shot giving you a little more acceleration: not good.

It would feed if you have a warp feed.

Anyway, imagine the possibilities! 3D paintball. Bunkers floating in mid air above you under you, all around you. Will b a lot easier to get bunkered

Nope, warp feed would fail due to the extreme cold (no battery) and it couldn't push frozen balls.

And the whole flying bacwords thing couldnt you just negate the backwards velocity by fireing in the opposite direction

Space Balls

Um... If you played 3d-ball in an enclosed space (like a space station), then you wouldn't have to worry about going out of bounds, temperature or any of the rest of the malarky. Just movement, and that equal and opposite reaction thing.

Just a twisted thought, but it could be cool

The original post, ladies, was not "hey lets go play paintball underwater". It was a question. The question was "what would happen if you simply fired a marker underwater?" it didnt have anything to do with playing underwater or in space or anything else. So all you smart asses who felt the need to post your worthless opinion about how stupid a post it was, probably ought to actually read the god damn thing.
