Vanguard Creed Troubles

Hi all,

I recently bought a vanguard creed and earlier today I took the hpr internals out to see if they was lubed up,
after re inserting it i then proceeded to gas up the gun at this point i had about 2300 psi in my tank so i dry fired about twenty shots and the first one was powerful and then it eventually decreased into which it became just a splutter and then it wouldn't move the bolt at all with 2000 psi left in, I then purged the tank to make sure that it wasn't the gauge on my tank that was faulty but alas that was not the case, Also my dwell is set at 12.5ms so i don't think thats the problem,
Any ideas?

From memory (and it is fuzzy now) - did you mess with the spring stack or put it in upside down? Did it work before you took it apart?
Is the bottle screwed in properly? How about if you degas and re-gass it?
Does the bolt push back and forth easily, or is there resistance?
Did you accidently turn down the LPR/HPR pressures? Reset them and tune them.
Battery all charged?
