Check the puk in the reg, it may have been unseated, this will cause you leaks from the gripframe.

What do you mean by puk? The red plastic bit?

thats him, should be stuck down onto the reg piston.

Check the o rings at the top of the Reg, Last time i saw this happen it was just the manifold hadn't been screwed down tight.

The manefold was super-tight - used a lot of pressure to loosen the screws.

What o-ring is it? do you have a photo of them to change?

I replaced and lubed the 017 o-ring at the top of the reg, nearest the frame as seen here:

Still leaking and it rarely cycles correctly. Just puffs.

Puffing is definetly the QEV, take it out and reseat it by pushing it all the way in, the pointed bit facing outwards then push the plug in with the little slit matching up to the hole. Reseating an old QEV doesnt always work, but sometimes you get lucky, with the leak i'd just replace orings. Have you checked the mini oring under the noid? That can dislodge after taking the marker apart

The "plug" is just that, the qev is built into the manifold, the diaphragm is the part that you change if your gun isnt fully cycling.
