Its probably the only way you are going to get anywhere with someone like this as the college seem uninterested and realistically there is probably little that they will do.

i filled one out in september.
i contacted the fbi and they said once it reaches a certain amount of dollars then they will investigate it.

I do believe the minimum limit before the FBI even look at it is $3000. Sorry for posting, just thought I'd let you know.
i am planing to go down to the kids town this summer and take him to court. i could probably represent all of the people that got screwed by him. when it gets closer to the time i will go down, i will need all the info about everyone that got screwed and posibilly some money to get me down there and to pay for court fees. its like a 10 hour drive for me but i am willing to do it.

As far as the fbi go they said they read every report and then forward it to the local authorities who then deal with the situation.That was the response for my complaint.

i contacted my local police and his and they both said i would have to go down there to press charges.
