Vlocity problem

I was playing on a training day and my vlocity suddenly stopped working, so i changed the batteries and it still doesnt work, ive tried 2 sets of batteries since and all that happens is a small noise of the motor as its turned on then nothing. the eyes still detect though so i dont understand it.

Can you turn the paddle manualy?
But sounds like the motor is shot,I had it on one of mine.
