Vlocity (spins, no light)

I have a Vlocity (Selectforce) that when turned on spins for 5 seconds and then turns stops. It won't feed or respond in any way. The light is barely visible, (really only just about visible if you put your eye to the light section and it seems to flash.)

Any idea's ??

Maybe be a silly question, but have you changed the batteries recently?

LEDs are good, but they don't work too well with no current

just a guess: maybe a wire has been pulled from the connection or has broke

Thanks all but I found the problem. Someone put the Virtue chip in the wrong way round. I shall be dispensing a slapping to a team mate shortly lol
