It's no wonder that there is a dire shortage of tourney teams in the UK: you have ONE or TWO walkon days a month! How in the hell do you expect any novice teams to develop if there is such a shortage of days where you can use your own equipment versus people your level and meet people to play with? The fact that every day a field is open in the US there is an abundance of walkons is why we have such a huge player base that feeds our tournament leagues and teams with an inexhaustable pool of talent.
