A bit of scenario flavour
"In the year since Cosford Ultra-Max prison was overrun by its inmates in a brutal (but ultimately doomed) uprising lead by the infamous Ultramax Scum, things have changed.
Broken by the elite Hit Squad - a hard-case unit of floating "trouble shooters" with a fearsome reputation for heavy handed action - the remains of the Scum lost hold of power within the underworld of Cosford UltraMax and a terrible new power has risen to the top... the unhinged and psychotic Klowns.
Lead by a mysterious figure calling himself "Pennywise", the Klowns have quickly built a reputation for devious dealings, animal cunning and insane brutality. Some of the most dangerous and resourceful scum to have been put behind bars have flocked to the Klown's banner through greed, fear, or a depraved need to wreak havoc.
A campaign of terror has swept the prison; riots and violence become common, safety has become a luxury that few can afford.
With the prison's officers undermanned, overworked, and struggling to contain the ensuing chaos, Pennywise unfolds his grand scheme right under the noses of the screws; conspiring with criminal contacts on the outside, the Klowns have improvised an explosive device, breaching the wall and spilling savage prisoners into the surrounding urban area.
Drunk on freedom and endless opportunity to cause harm, the Klowns and their minions run wild, igniting a frenzied riot of epic proportions which blazes through the city.
Unprepared for such a critical flash-point emergency, and with few options to hand, the authorities call in the Hit Squad to augment local law enforcement and lead a crack task force to control the uprising.
Can these elites take back the city, inch by bloody inch, put down the Klowns and bring order to the situation, or will the chaos, looting and murder continue with the Klowns reigning supreme?"
