What 4500 carbon fiber HPA tank should I get in the UK

Ok I'm planing to get a 4500 HPA tank to use with a eNMey I plan to get but I would like no know what to get I live in the UK I wanted to get a 50/4500 Ninja tank but most Ninja tanks are DOT approved not PI so they can't be used in Europe I found some 68s that where PI but they where in colors I didn't like bright red purple green and blue,Edit just thought of something a bit obvious I could put a cover other it but it's not in stock so I'm not sure if they are still going to sell it.

So I have these choices money isn't a issue the price differences between these are negligible and I would rather have the best, these are all the similar sized ones sold in the UK with maybe the the odd 68 though I would prefer 45 48 50 etc preferably a short fat one like the Ninja 50, these are the ones I could find for sale so please help me with what one to chose or if you find any others please mention them.

So any info you have on weight with or without regulator, length diameter and reliability warranty etc will be helpful if you know.

All the sellers you have listed are UK based and would sell you a tank to use in this country.

I currently own and have owned and used the first three...

if is Small and light then I would go for the Guerilla Air Myth Air System 48cu

But if it is just light you are after then I swapped from the above 48cu, to the safer tank and noticed no more weight , But as it is a 1.1 bottle it holds more air before refilling. (down side the cost difference between the two)

Some players have said playing with too smaller tank can mean your set up is very compact and therefore when holding you marker you end up with a 'chicken wing' elbow sticking out to be shot! something to think about before parting with cash.

I personally think the Ninja Pro (not Ultralite) Reg is awesome, love how it is easy to service and you can adjust the output pressure as well as the position of the fill nipple (so it doesn't dig into your wrist)

As for the bottle itself, it's hard to decide on your behalf. Everyone has different arm lengths and body shapes and it's best to get a bottle that fits you. If you chase the concept of a stubby bottle for weight reasons you might end up being in a world of discomfort when it comes to sholdering your marker. Here's an explanation.

Just thought of that a few mins ago, Yeah the multi colored Ninja tanks might be best I will edit the post to include them with the safer tanks.

On another forum someone recommended the 68 fuel tank they said its about 500g lighter than a 68 DYE or Ninja tank is that true? from what I have read it seams the main important thing about the actual bottle is that its light and the shape you want it the bigger difference is the reg the best seemingly being a Ninja which this comes with.



Also why have I never heard or seen of fuel tanks before They sound like they are much better than the competition.

Dear lord, how many forums have you asked the same questions on?

Excluding regs and empty (yes, air does weigh something!) a standard alu core fibre wrap 68/4500 weighs about 1.1kg, a Fuel SL weighs 650g. I believe the Fuel tanks were released last year - there were certainly adverts for them all over the PSP webcast. Personally I like a light setup, so for me the weight saving of the Fuel outweighs (badumm tish!) the downsides (expensive, only a 10 year lifespan rather than 15).

One other thing to note is that as the Fuel is smaller than most 68/4500 tanks, some bottle covers will be loose. The Exalt tank sleeves fit fine though.

Not quite sure what the question is... But this tank is being sold by Just paintball a long established and well respected shop so if the question could you use this tank in the UK then answer is yes no problems

My son has one of these and they are a similar weight to a Fuel 1.1 tank... these are slightly wider and a little shorter than a fuel tank even though they are both 1.1/1.2 tanks
