stick your old "eye of the tiger" cassette in first

start leaping over your mums furniture with all your gear on. and when your dads watching telly go and mug him:D :p :D

on a more serious note

use a mirror its very useful

you can see how much of your body is exposed when you are shooting. and you can work on it.

also for "off hand shooting" just walk around the house with your marker in your off hand and try "pretend" firing with it.

of course their is no substitution for actual practice on the paintball field.

if you are getting into the sport seriosuly. the best advice i can give is watch the pros and AM teams. you will leanr alot

especially watch Nexus as those boys have some sick skillz:)

Like he said work on your profile in the mirror. Try snapping in and out, keeping as tight and fast as you can.

Unfortunatley the people that could best advise you on training tend to have more access to sup'air than us.

I once read that Oli Langs parents' back garden fence was usually covered in paint, I practice first ball accuracy snap shooting in my garden, as well as firing while moving. Just make sure its safe to fire - depends on your garden.

something that everyone either overlooks or thinks isn't important...basic fitness...

A very simple exercise rountine for 20 minutes on a morning when you get up and 20 minutes on a night before you go to bed can make a surprising difference to upper body strength in a relatively short period of time...

what's the point? Well for one thing you can hold "uncomfortable" positions longer without straining which can give you an edge playing difficult bunkers or angles...for another you'll get absolutely stacks of girlfriends :D

yeah the best ones the mirror technique, but just walking round the house with all your marker, bottle and hopper just helps you get comfortable holding it for long periods.

Start an annoying habit is always a good one...

If you’re not that good at walking your fingers on ya trigger. When you have a free moment just practice tapping any surface with you two/three fingers in quick succession.

Over time this will become a nervous habit, you won’t realise your doing it, and it’s will be damned annoying for everyone around you. BUT you’ll be able to walk the trigger like nothing else!!
:D
