Out of the two i'd say Ion every time

But like Seany says a Pmr would be a much better choice imo but it's a tad optimistic to think you'll get a Pmr, bottle and hopper for £200

Go second hand.... You can get a pimped Ion for about £90-£150 on here and a hopper and bottle shouldn't be too expensive second hand either.
