It seems a lil tight superglue jus breaks away itself - ill try JR weld and keep you posted

Make sure you de grease it first..prolly got all sorts of **** on it...which wont help...meths will do it, surghical spirit....nail polish remover

torx bits- absolutley the best and easiest way- no risk of deforming the head any more- should come out no problems- next time don't do them up so tight

Torx bits?? what are these cheif

melt the metal around it and the screw should pop out easily, plus you get a custom look.
