Whats the diffrence between NXL, Xball1, and Xball2?

Also, will there be a 10 man pro divisionat the PSP events?

NXL is the top/pro division. I'm not 100% sure of the qualifications for Div 1 and Div 2 Xball but it sounds like Div 1 will be for Amateur/non-NXL pro teams and Div 2 for Nov/rookie teams.
