Thanks guys its appreciated

Only got out of hospital yesterday evening so settling back at home has made me feel a million times better

Basically i was a passenger in a mates car (Gav from perception) and some dizzy bird decided she was exempt from using traffic lights and plowed into my door at 40mph.. ended up in the central reservation on hagley road in Birmingham and had to be cut outta the wreck (complete write off)

Collision shattered my femur into about 4-5 pieces so ive been bolted together with a 12" plate and about 5 pins... Surgeon has done an amazing job and im forever in his debt, although i was under the knife for 7 hours and lost 5 units of blood

I was discharged last night as the hospital are happy with my progress and how mobile i am on my crutches

I dont think i could have got through it without my team visiting me to keep my spirits up Thanks Gav, Owen, Guy and Matt (MJ2K7) and especially my girlfriend Charlotte who has just been amazing

The bad new is they reckon due to the seriousness of the break they dont think ill fully recover for 12 months and it will only be 90% of what it used to be.

I guess i should feel lucky though as it could have been alot worse

Can I feel a "Claims for you" coming on? At least you would have a valid reason, unlike many people out there.

That scar would make an ideal tattoo location.

i will be claiming as ive lost out on alot and considering her stupid reason (she apparently didnt know what happened) i wanna tear as much outta her possible, they had to cut me out of my empire hoody, T shirt and a reasonably expensive pair of jeans aswell which i will want replacing!

already looked at covering the scar with something mouri

well i was called scars because of my eyebrow scars but yeah i got something a bit more significant now

Why Mouri? You don't look Mouri. You could possibly be a Kiwi, so I guess that would make it more relevant.

Unless of course, you just like Mouri art, which is fair enough!

When they said 90%, does that mean your leg will be a bit shorter?
