A Venturi Bolt is a bolt with several holes drilled in the end so you get as many blasts of propellant as there is holes hitting the paintball and it is claimed to be easier on the ball so adding a more even blast on the ball so controlling the energy used to propell the ball ...which should mean more consistent shots ....accuracy is down to ball to barrel match not the bolt....it helps but barrel to ball match is the main consideration also Venturi bolts tend to be machined with a concave face (goes in) so it fits around the paintball....new replacement Angel bolt is not a "true venturi" so maybe the guys at WDP know something?
A Turbo Valve is the term given to a valve that has been machined in a way as to improve the gas flow more than the standard valve found in the marker ...though it has to be said that the term is a little over used as new markers that come on the market are said to have a "Turbo Valve" so what are they an improvement on when the marker is a new one?
Springs ? well you need them or it won't work (in your Spyder that is) springs are springs some in a kit are softer than the others experiment with them until you find the combination that suits you. As to which you should consider for your Spyder dunno to be honest never owned one ...only ever fired them over a chrono.....but a lot of people who do use them are always asking questions on here about this barrel or that modification etc so most of the questions you will have will be covered in other posts.
