Hello, I am selling off my kit and have a question about my air bottle (was reading through the sticky but I'm not 100% so apologies if this is totally retarded)

I have a Crossfire 4500psi air bottle but unsure when it will NEXT need tested and don't want to sell someone a crappy bottle. It says "FIN 2018/06" on the bottle, but I assume that's when it expires?

Cheers for the (basic) help.

Hasn't it got a label on it saying when it was last tested. If it finishes in 2018 it was born in 2003 and the initial test period will most likely have been 3 years so that takes you to 2006, now it should then have gone onto a 5 year test period but some bottle testing places did only 3 years, so now you're either upto 2009 or 2011, if was 2009 it should next be test in 2014, if it was 2011 it should be tested in 2016 but without knowing when it was last tested if ever, who can say.

If it hasn't got a tested label on it and you don't have a test certificate (and not all test places give you one) then it's out of test.

Okay, so assuming mine is out of test. Am I still okay to sell it as long as that is explicitly stated?
