air reg identification

Ive found in the bottom of my kit bag a screw in air reg... the only problem is i dont know if its 3000 or 4500.. it doesnt say anything on the reg apart from Air America and a serial number which relates to nothing i can find....

If anyone knows how to tell the diff between regs of if its even poss id be glad to know:)

If memory serves me well its a 4.5 if it has a 7k burst im sure it was a 4.5 and a 5k would be 3k. And I wouldn't worry mate, you wont be getting a 4.5 fill any where :cool:

I confirm what Lump said. But check the dayte on your Air america. I haven't seen any during the last 4 or 5 years.

ill try and get a pic up so we can see if that makes it any easier and ill pull the burst disc out and see if that helps

The burst disk pressure limit should be engraved on the burst disk or on the reg. No need to remove it.

the only thing written on the reg is
Air Americs. SN AA2074
I have removed the burst disc but there's nothing on that either.
Not having much luck here lol.
