Im not a BNP voter first off, but you will find it's because of the lack of equal rights in the UK that dick heads like Griffin get air time and votes. For example, controlling immigration? Which is ruining/ruined this country because wether people like to face it or not, this country is getting very overcrowded, fuelled by reports of being 70mill+ population in the not too distant future, we are in a recession where people cannot find jobs yet told that we allow migration to the UK to help the jobs market... Minorities marching around London demanding Sharia law yet when people say enough is enough they get told they are racist, Asian Labour politicians telling rallies that the muslim or Pakistani flag will be above downing street in the next 10 years... it goes on and on. People need someone to say what they feel and scared to say as they will be called "racist" and need to find someone to blame, so until the main parties wake up and have policies that actually help the residents of the UK feel British and important then feelings will always get worse - If people see change then the BNP will fade away into its pissy rat hole. Until things change in this country and someone has the brass cahones to stand up and introduce policies which actually benefit the British public then the BNP will keep growing like a tumour. I stress I dont like or vote BNP and use immigration as one point as I have been closely associated with migration and its impact for many years. If totally honest, I blame the whole manifestation of the BNP and its popularity firmly at the door of Blair, Brown and the over controlling vote friendly we love you all greasy arsed Labour Party.
The question should be what is the reason behind the programme?
Whose got an agenda here? To be honest doubt its the BNP, they will take any airtime they can get. Seems more like the BBC are trying to expliot the BNP to get tv ratings
Could be wrong

Strange that
1. Most of the immigrants coming into this country now are technically white.
2. More black people are emigrating than immigrating. There is a lot of British born children of the 50s migrants actually emigrating to their parents homelands and the USA.
3. European immigrants are allowed to stop in this country whilst Asian immigrants are deported, thanks to EEC regs. Even though the Asian immigrant may have a stronger case
4. The KKK claim that they supported the BNP in more than just words, but whenever questioned the BNP refuse to admit or deny any such association

Ofc its all publicity, but that wont change anytime soon, I just think if the BNP wanted to send a more positive image, Nick Griffin aint the one you want on tv.

1+2. The BNP causes more problems for itself by trying to define "natives" and choosing who gets to stay. I wonder if the benefits system in the UK were abolished how quickly would the UK suddenly become a very unattactive place for migrants? (assumed thats why we have such an influx)

3. The EU was the worst choice england ever made imho.

4. The actions of the BNP and KKK will haunt the BNP for as long as they are around and try to move away from the racist image they have. Denying it just makes Nick Griffin look like a fool.

I do strugle to understand the whole basis of the bnp but then here in norfolk i can sometimes go a week without seeing a non white so to speak unless i pop into the chinese

but on a purely imigration note we are over run with eu nationals and former eastern block asylum seekers

a good example is the factory i used to work in while suporting my partner while studying

its now pretty much a english free zone apart from the management when i started a few agency staff but now talking to people only about 20 english left out of about 200 most left because they got fed up with working in a group of say 5 people who would not talk to them and only talk in there own language

so for me the sooner we leave europe the better but no way in gods green earth am i voting for racist scum like the bnp

I've got no time for the BNP or their policies, however they are (inadvertently) one of the few parties whose policies would tackle population growth. Please note that doesn't mean I'd ever consider giving them my vote!

It appears that population growth is almost a taboo subject amongst mainstream parties, which is amazing, given that the majority of the nation's ills seem to be related to us having too many people in too little space. Perhaps people are concerned that it will be linked directly to immigration and they may be considered racist, however it's nothing to do with race or religion, we need to manage our existing population as well as migrants.

I'd like to see a cross-party committee look into how we can stablise then reduce the UK population, with the eventual aim of getting it down to a sustainable level (50m?). It would require a managed recession in order to achieve, but we can't continue to grow unchecked, at some point we'll run out of space.

I agree we need contols on immigration, but you could never reduce our population - It's simply impossible.

People are actually living longer and people are having more children (the days of 2.4 children are a thing of the past especially as migrant families average more children) so even with a restricted/managed immigration policy, the UK population would still grow albeit at a more sustainable rate.

I find it amazing how the BNP are getting any votes at all... then again Hitler almost took over the world so I guess anything is possible! Hitler started small time, back seats, then got bigger and bigger... very similar to the BNP in comparison. This argues the question whether fascist views should be accepted? The equality and diversity person would say no but it appears due to the BNP's success recently that larger population are supporting such a ridiculous and damaging party.
I can't see how the BNP would ever get as destructive as Hitler due to modern society having much wider access to literature, the internet, and generally being able to formulate an opinion of their own (though that raises a few questions)

In conclusion... no I don't think the BNP should ever get in to power, be on the TV or waste any more of our taxes. Im not going to stereotype the type of people that would vote for them but in my opinion they must be rather narrow minded and enjoy running the world from an armchair or in their local pub. It takes accepting our fellow immigrants to really move on with our economy, whether they work or not.

You may question what nationality and religion I am so let me put that on the table too... I am a white british citizen that has lived here the whole of my life. I have served in the Armed Forces for 7 years and am leaving at Christmas. My opinions have grown a long with my age and Military career. I have chosen to not support the war machine in an ongoing battle over oil, opium, control and power. Instead focussing my talents in a different way in nurturing my local communities Young People.

If ever the BNP do get into power then I can assure you that this country will step back 55 years not progress. I do not wish to be a part of that... then again as long as money is your master pain will always occur.

This all may sound very off topic and like I'm blabbing; to anyone that feels that way I am sorry. It is a subject I hold close to my heart and think the general public need to see the wider picture....

No I don't think the BNP should be on television tonight :)

Peace

I agree with that man, and also what Sid says, give them a rope and if they hang themselves then no biggy, if they hang the other liars on the programme then there will be uproar because somebody told the truth for a change :D

You've never seen Soylent Green then....

As for the BNP, there is obviously a very, very strong arguement that our mainstream poltical parties don't work; but the BNP is'nt the answer. I believe a majority of their support is protests votes against genuine issues where "some" voters fell marginalised. However what other alternative is there?

The mainstream political parties are parodies of populist media, but at the same time claiming to represent perhaps the most idealistically shallow ideals (that's probably an oxymoron). What the UK really needs is a poltical party that talks sense. I bet if I set up a poltical party that had a policy of Yes to immigration, but kick out the white sh*tcu*t street corner standing umemployed chav's I could split the BNP vote no problem.

At the end of the day, the protest vote is valid not the BNPs policies.

Oh, and Jack Straw what a cnut!
