so if u win a game because a guy gets shot in the pack and dosent realise and a guy has a hot gun you still get 3 points

Yes. But a if the guy is found to have a pack shot at the end of the game it is a 1-4-1, depending on how hot the hot gun (325fps+)its a 2-4-1 and if you run out of players to 1-4-1 then its a score reverse. In simple terms.

9 times out of 10 its a fair scoring system but every now and then it may be an unfair 3 pts.

i was sure the scottish warriors won 3 games because of there team using a hot gun and gettting hit and playin on so should we not get 9 points :/

I just go off what is on score sheets and table. From rd 2 onwards all score sheets will be signed by both captains to make sure the scores are correct.
