These are size Large and are as new. Were part of 2014 sponsorship deal and have been tried on but never been outside or seen a field.

Cant really answer that as these are a mate's.

I personally am a 38-40" waist in jeans and trousers and I wear the 2XL size as I have found the Empire sizes to be a little bit weird.

I think my mate who owns these paints is approx a 34". the pants do have the velcro fasteners on each side so you can make them tighter if need be.
