Hiya Irons. As others say you have to register your etha. It removes the spring from the firing poppet on the bolt and replaces it with a insert. I only test fired it over the weekend to make sure it was all working. Hopefully I will use it next weekend in anger. . Ant
what difference does it make ?? and your talkin about the small spring not the big spring that returns the bolt right?
Stops you from having a worn poppet spring as far as i can tell, yes its the spring closest to the backcap in the propshaft. X
Hiya As Teddy says. It removes the poppet spring and replaces it with an insert. You get the insert and a new firing poppet from Planet. I have fitted and tested it works but have not used the gun in anger yet. Should do tomorrow. I have a funny feeling I will not notice any difference, the up grade will be working behind the scene. On the tech poster its the poppet spring and not the bolt spring. (right of the picture)
Hiya I put a box a of paint through it on Saturday. It was very cold, I didnt have a single break compared to a few others who were using the same paint but different markers. I shot 10 balls over the chrono to check the FPS and there was only 8fps between all 10 balls. . It looks like the spring-less insert may make it more consistent, But I could be wrong. Ant

Hello Spooly Planet have been shut over the Christmas holiday, On the web site they say they re open on the 2nd Jan. I guess there may be a back log on their return. Regards Ant
I have to say I didnt notice any difference, I think its one of those behind the scene upgrades that works and you are none the wiser but that may be me.
