Is my bottle out of data i need help

i have a 1.1 kevlar bottle that i got when i bought my shocker second hand and i dont know if it needs to be tested or not? also if it is 3000psi or 4500psi?

these are the markings on the bottle
fp:310 bar
pt:465bar
design cycle life 15 years
alt 756 - 275
04-99 looks like some kind of date as in april 1999

Well, good news is that you've got a bottle that is still in date for a while, needing to be tested 3 years from labeled date. I think 310 bar is 4500...I don't know of anyone that would waste the money getting a kevlar tank that wasn't 4500 anyway, especially given that it's a Shocker and would benefit considerably from 4500.

Nah, tis no bother. You had a couple of questions I had the answer to. It just so happened that I shot a Shocker for a while and know a bit about them. Not that I'm the best, but I'm the one that took the time to answer your question. So what?
