Itching?

Is it just me or does anyone else get irritiable a day or two before a Tourny? I'm sitting at my desk at work and my trigger fingers are twitching, all I want to do is shoot someone!!

I get that if I haven`t played for a couple of weeks. I also get really short tempered if I don`t play often.
