Basic starter kit is as follows :-

Marker (whatever is in your price range really?)
Hopper (12v revvie should do ya!)
Goggles (what ever suits you best, try some on in a shop!)
Pot pack (Same rule as the goggles)
Pots (gotta hold ya paint in something aint ya!)
Squeegie (for all those nasty ball bursts!)
Air system or co2 (co2 is cheaper!)

That will start you off with all you need dude.

Now get checking the classifieds for second hand goodies, the guys on here are reliable, and there stuff is pretty much all good conditioned.

the best advise i can offer on choosing a marker is try before you buy and try as many markers as you can before you splash the cash........99% of people will offer THEIR opinion on what marker to get. just because one person likes marker x doesnt meen the next will. I dont like ford cars but other people swear by them....its the same thing

Look around in the classified sections too. Most people (tournament & Rec) start off with mechanical markers like cockers, automags, spyders etc... Then after a while feel the need to go electro.

Good luck!

The tippman custom 98 or the inferno are good to start with, there cheapest on the market, but I would recommend if your going to play tournament, then go for a second hand marker, look on the classified section of the forums, there are always markers for sale.
