Maintenence On a Speed - e.g lubing

What do i need to do to keep my speed in tip top condition, apart from external cleaning and cleaning the ADB's, bolt and breach area? Where, how and when do i oil/lube/grease?parts of it?Cheers

Well, first of RTFM.

All you need to do really is put a couple of drops of love juice in the bottom of your reg and then air it up and dry fire it 30 times or so...

Then at the end of the season, send it off to WDP for a service (or get a tech to check it over at a WDP tent at a tournie).
